Colour and Style Representations
Computer monitors, Tablets, Smart phones and Displays vary in their reproduction of colour. Accuracy is of up most importance to us, all picture colours, products and swatches displayed should be regarded as approximations. All Unique Soles products are well known brands, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check at a store.
Unique Soles has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. Product descriptions, stock shown on the website may change from time to time, and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use reasonable endeavours to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP). For international orders, your payment card provider will take payment in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or supplier error.

Vat and Tax Charges
Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs (which will be notified to you separately before you submit your order).
The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted by us on our Website on the Order Summary Page, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing. We reserve the right to amend any typographical clerical error or omission to prices where reasonable to do so. The price is inclusive of any payable value added tax in the UK and postage and packaging detailed once delivery services have been chosen.
Customs and Import Duties
Any customs or import duties that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We accept no responsibility or liability for these charges. We have know way of knowing what the charges are from country to country so cannot offer any advice on this. We suggest to contact your local customs office prior to placing an order with us.
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Unique Soles is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If the Product becomes unavailable prior to delivery we will notify you and give you the choice of a refund or of purchasing an alternative Product.
Making a Purchase and acknowledgement of your order
All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues. Before we accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days (a "working day" being Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays) beginning the day after your receipt of the goods.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
To cancel your order, you must notify us immediately in writing (which includes email). You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.
Any goods returned must be unworn, complete with any gift with purchase, in their original packaging.

Promotional and Voucher Codes
Voucher and discount codes we offer to particular groups of customers. The percentage discount varies depending on the individual promotion. Each code has a unique expiry date and is not valid on the website after this date. Please note that a discount code can not be used on any product which has already been discounted. Also the percentage discount or value only applies to the selling price of the product and does not apply to the cost of delivery. For vouchers for a monetary value we can only offer this against the legitimate purchase on a pair of shoes and the voucher has no value away from this website. No change will be given for any voucher code sales.
We are not responsible for Voucher Codes taken from third party sites, if you attempt to use a code taken from a voucher code site you do so at your own risk and its failure to give you the quoted discount has nothing to do with Unique Soles.
Unique Soles may offer free gift promotions. Under the terms of the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002 free gifts linked to the purchase of a particular product or a specified value form part of that purchase contract. In the event that you wish to return that purchase, then the free gift must be returned to us at the same time.
Reviews, comments, communications and other content
Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. We try very hard to provide high quality customer service but we are only human and we do make mistakes, (we promise though that if we do, we will do our best to put them right).
